Blood Type Diet

Designed by the American naturopath Peter D'Adamo and rediscovered recently by Dr. Peter Mozzi, this diet is based on the assumption that the blood transporter of nutrients and immune cells, over thousands of years has adapted to the change of power and of human life.

Blood Type Diet AB

The theory of D'Adam at the base of the Diet of Blood Group derives from the fundamental assumption that in some foods are contained special proteins called lectins, capable of differently influence the various blood group.     Seguire una dieta è una cosa seria, c’è di mezzo la vostra salute. Chi ne ha bisogno farebbe meglio a consultare un professionista (biologo nutrizionista o un medico) o quantomeno consultare un sito più attendibile di questo.
