Saturday:
-a lunch: a cup of green tea, 2 slices of lean roast beef, 200 grams of green salad and tomatoes, a slice of whole wheat bread and a slice of fresh pineapple.
-a dinner: a bowl of vegetable soup and beans, 200 grams of baked pumpkin, a slice of whole wheat bread and 2 tangerines.

Sunday:
-a lunch: a cup of green tea, a fillet of grilled trout, a baked potato or baked, a fresh fruit salad without sugar.

    Salve un’informazione. Questo the verde si può acquistare anche ad un normale supermercato? Perché è già di mia abitudine berlo a volte e compro il normale the verde ad un supermercato. Va bene?
