Soup Diet

THIRD DAY
Breakfast: tea or coffee, pears and pineapples.
Snack: Fruit juice without sugar.

Snack: fruit juice without sugar.
Dinner: soup, peppers, eggplant and zucchini grilled, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.

FOURTH DAY
